A price can only stay fixed if the plan is based on good information. Before treatment, a CBCT 3D scan shows the bone in each jaw. Implant positions for the final teeth are recorded with an iCam photogrammetry camera alongside an intra-oral scan, and the teeth are made with CAD/CAM. If the scan shows you need a sinus lift or bone graft, you are told the price before anything is done.
