Privacy policy
The calculator never sends us anything. If you choose to contact us, only Precious Dental sees your message.

If you send an enquiry, Precious Dental receives it by email, keeps a copy on its web server and uses it only to reply to you. We do not sell or share it. You can ask us to see, correct or delete it.

The calculator
The calculator works entirely in your browser. The quotes, fares and other figures you enter are not sent to us or to anyone else, and they are gone when you close the page.
Enquiries
If you use the contact form we receive:
- your name, email address and, if you give them, your phone number, country, the treatment you are asking about, how you would like us to reply and your message;
- technical details about how you reached the form: the page you sent it from, the page you first arrived on, the referring website and any campaign tags in the web address.
We ask you to tick a consent box before sending. We use the details to answer you and, if you ask, to prepare a treatment plan. The form does not ask for medical records. If you later send X-rays or photos, we use them only to assess your case.
Enquiries are emailed to our enquiry inbox, and a copy is stored on our web server in a folder that is not publicly accessible. Precious Dental staff who handle enquiries can see them. We never sell your details and never pass them to another clinic.
If you message us on WhatsApp, the conversation is also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
Cookies
The site works without cookies. If we switch on Google Analytics, it will only run after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner, and you can change your mind at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. We do not use advertising cookies. Your cookie choice itself is remembered in your browser's local storage.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry while we are answering it and following up the treatment you asked about. If you become a patient, the clinic's patient-record rules apply. If you want your enquiry deleted, just ask and we will remove it.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent. Email info@dentprecious.com. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
