What will All-on-6 really cost you?
The clinic price is only part of it. Add up flights, hotel nights, extras the quote leaves out, and aftercare at home, then compare like with like.

The All-on-6 true cost calculator
Type in the quote you've been given and your travel costs. The calculator adds everything up, compares it with a UK price, and lists what to ask the clinic before you pay.

Three things decide what you'll pay
Implants, bridge and surgery
Six implants per jaw, the bridge they hold, temporary teeth, scans and any extractions. Grafts or a sinus lift add to it if your bone needs them.
The extras to watch →Flights, hotel and time off
Treatment abroad usually takes two trips. A companion doubles the flights. A delay or a repair can mean a third.
What to budget →Check-ups and repairs
Implants need lifelong care. Hygiene visits, a night guard, and repairs to the teeth on top all cost money over the years.
The lifetime cost →What a full arch costs privately in the UK
Implants are usually only available privately in the UK. That figure is per jaw and nearly ten years old, so a current UK quote for six implants with a fixed bridge is likely to be higher.
Five questions that change the price
| Ask | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Is it per jaw or for both? | Two jaws can roughly double the treatment price. |
| Which implant brand and system? | Brands differ in price, and in how easily a UK dentist can get parts later. |
| Are temporary and final teeth included? | Some low quotes cover only the first stage. |
| What if I need a graft or sinus lift? | These are often priced separately and only found on the scan. |
| Who pays if something needs fixing? | The Oral Health Foundation advises asking who pays for extra travel, accommodation or corrective work. |

Quick answers
How much does All-on-6 cost in the UK?
There is no official price list. A survey of 25+ UK implant dentists, published in 2017, found a full arch of teeth on implants averaged £13,425 per jaw, with quotes from £9,000 to £25,400, before scans, extractions and grafts.
Is All-on-6 cheaper abroad?
The clinic fee usually is. The true cost also includes flights, hotel nights, any extras not in the quote, a possible extra trip, and check-ups with a UK dentist. Add them all up before you compare.
Does the NHS pay for All-on-6?
Rarely. The NHS says implants are usually only available privately, apart from some patients who cannot wear dentures, for example after mouth cancer or an accident. The NHS does not reimburse dental treatment abroad.
Is the price per jaw?
Usually, yes. Always check whether a quote is for one jaw or both, and whether temporary teeth and the final bridge are both included.
