Price breakdown

All-on-6 cost breakdown, part by part

A full-arch price is a bundle. Knowing what is inside it, and roughly what each part is worth, is the quickest way to tell a fair quote from a thin one.

Short answer

An All-on-6 price covers six implants per jaw, the connectors on top of them, temporary teeth, the final bridge and usually a titanium bar, plus scans, extractions and medication. Many packages add hotel nights and transfers. At Precious Dental the parts bought one by one would add up to more than the £6,500 both-jaws package.

The parts of a full-arch price

Whatever the clinic and whatever the country, an All-on-6 price is made of the same building blocks. Some quotes list them; most bundle them into one figure. Here is what should be in the bundle.

PartWhat it isWhy it matters for the price
ImplantsSix titanium posts per jaw, placed in the boneThe brand drives the cost. Ask for it in writing.
AbutmentsConnectors that sit on each implant and hold the bridgeSometimes priced separately from the implant.
Temporary teethA fixed acrylic bridge worn while the implants healSome low quotes leave you with removable teeth, or charge extra.
Titanium barA metal framework under the final teethAdds strength; sometimes sold as an upgrade.
Final teethThe permanent bridge, usually zirconia or acrylicMaterial changes both price and long-term repair costs.
Scans and X-raysCBCT 3D scan, panoramic X-ray, records for the labNeeded to plan safely; sometimes charged as a consultation.
ExtractionsRemoving any teeth that remainFree at some clinics, per tooth at others.
MedicationAntibiotics, pain relief, mouthwashSmall, but check it is there.
Hotel and transfersNights near the clinic, airport and clinic transportCheck both trips are covered, not just the first.

Precious Dental's prices, part by part

Our clinic publishes single-item prices as well as the All-on-6 package, which lets you see what the package is worth. These are Precious Dental's own prices, checked October 2026.

ItemSingle-item priceFor All-on-6, both jaws
Implant (MegaGen, Neodent or Straumann)£300 each12 implants: £3,600
Titanium bar£275 per bar2 bars: £550
Zirconia teeth, full set of 24£3,600 per set1 set: £3,600
Temporary teeth, extractions, X-rays, medicationNot sold separatelyIncluded in the package
Hotel (4 + 5 nights) and transfersNot sold separatelyIncluded in the package
Parts listed above, added up£7,750 before temporary teeth and the trip
All-on-6 package, both jaws£6,500 including all of the above

The point of the comparison is not that you would ever buy All-on-6 piece by piece. It is that the package price is lower than its main parts, and still includes the temporary teeth, extractions and both hotel stays. When you look at another clinic's quote, try the same exercise: find out what its implants, bar and teeth would cost on their own, and see what the package really saves.

What a scan can add

Some costs can only be known once a 3D scan shows how much bone you have. They are not hidden extras if the clinic tells you the price in advance and only adds them when your scan shows they are needed.

ExtraWhen it is neededPrecious Dental price
Sinus liftUpper jaw, when bone under the sinus is too thin£350 per procedure
Bone graftWhen there is not enough bone where an implant should go£150 per 1cc
Zygomatic implantSevere upper-jaw bone loss; anchored in the cheekbone£2,000 per implant

If you already have a CBCT scan from a UK dentist, send it with your enquiry. It lets the clinic tell you in advance whether any of these are likely.

The parts that are not on any clinic quote

A clinic can only price what it provides. Your total also includes flights for two trips, travel insurance, meals, time away from work and check-ups with a dentist at home. The NHS suggests building in the cost of a possible extra trip too. Travel costs and hidden extras cover these, and the calculator adds them to any quote.

Using the breakdown to compare quotes

  1. Write each quote out using the rows of the first table.
  2. Mark every row as included, extra (with its price) or not mentioned.
  3. Ask the clinic in writing about every "not mentioned" row.
  4. Add the extras to the headline price, and make sure both quotes are for the same number of jaws.
  5. Only then compare totals. The quote checklist lists the questions to send.

Common questions

What is the most expensive part of All-on-6?

Usually the implants and the final teeth together. At Precious Dental's single-item prices, twelve implants are £3,600 and a set of 24 zirconia teeth is £3,600.

Why is the package cheaper than the parts?

Full-arch work is planned and done as one treatment, so the clinic prices it as one. Single-item prices are for people who need one or two implants or crowns.

Are the abutments included in the implant price?

Ask. Some price lists quote the implant alone and charge the abutment (the connector) separately. Precious Dental's guarantee covers implants with their abutments.

What can the scan add to the price?

A sinus lift (£350 per procedure at Precious Dental), bone graft (£150 per cc) or, rarely, a zygomatic implant (£2,000 each). Only if your scan shows you need them.
